Can you use any coffee? Do you use brewed coffee or just the grounds?

WHat can I substitute the swerve with? Stevia perhaps? It’s all I have

Stevia is fine.

Why do you use Celsius instead of Fahrenheit? The equivalent is 338 degrees Fahrenheit. Does it matter if it’s 350?

Does the recipe require already prepared coffee, or instant coffee powder?

It requires prepared coffee.

These were very successful first time. The mixture tasted more of the coffee than the finished cookie so I'll add more next time. Lovely texture
